Avni Shah, Global Technical Director – Oracle ERP Database & Technology Avni Shah leads the global operations for Oracle ERP in the GETS System Reliability Engineering organization which runs ADP's back office operations. She is responsible for infrastructure resiliency, application availability, database security and technology strategy for the Enterprise Applications. Avni received her bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Rutgers University. She is passionate about promoting women in technology. Avni volunteers her time as a motivational speaker at local universities and is a mentor to underprivileged high school girls to encourage young women to pursue the STEM fields. She has also served as vice chair on the global board for the ADP ASIA business resource group.
